Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9x12 casserole dish. Pan-fry ground beef and chopped onion. Add tomato sauce and simmer 20 minutes. Layer this mixture across the bottom of greased dish. Cook 1 cup rice as directed on package. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended. Layer this mixture over the beef mixture in the greased dish. Top with layer of grated mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until meat mixture is bubbling.
