Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*. Brown ground beef in sautee pan until fully cooked. Add chopped garlic and onion and cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Mix together rice, ground beef with onion and garlic, and tomato sauce into a casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Smooth over top of mixture with a spoon until even. Pour beaten eggs over top of the mixture and garnish with parsley. Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes or until egg is cooked. Serve warm.
