Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except lemon juice and chopped apple in rice cooker, turn on.
  2. When rice cooker stops, apples are done.
  3. Remove skins.
  4. Add chopped apple and lemon juice.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Serve warm.
