Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Add rice, stock and salt to a pot, cover and bring to a boil. Stir once, cover, and cook on low for 45 minutes. Let stand covered for 10 minutes and serve.
