Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Wash and cut rhubarb in 1 pieces.
  2. Place in pan and add water about 1/2 deep.
  3. Cover and simmer until tender{about 10 minutes}.
  4. Cool slightly and place in bowl.
  5. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
