Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the topping and mix well.
  2. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
  3. Then sprinkle topping over the top and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minute.
