Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 1/2-2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Prepare your favorite flour based pie crust, (no top needed).
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Add sugar, flour, rhubarb, salt.
  4. Pour into shell, bake 45 mins.
  5. At 350 degrees till it doesn't jiggle in the middle.
