Chunky Peanut Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350*F.
  2. In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients except peanuts.
  3. Beat at low speed scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  4. By hand stir in peanuts.
  5. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 in apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until lighty browned.
