Repunzels Venison Stirfry

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 60 g capsicum
  • 100 g celery
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornflour

Directions:

  1. Marinate venison and onions in sauce, ginger and honey overnight, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp oil to pan and cook meat in sauce, once browned simmer on low for 20-30min. Add cornflour near end if you want to thicken it a bit.
  3. Stir-fry veges separately in the other Tbsp of oil.
  4. Combine when done and serve with steamed brown rice.
