Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly saute the onion and red pepper until transparent.
  2. Can add salt if desired.
  3. On onion roll place beef and cheese in this order: 2 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese.
  4. Add onions and peppers on top of cheese.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  6. Microwave for about 15-20 seconds or until cheese melts.
  7. Note: Can drizzle on a little bit of olive oil on onion roll before assembling, if desired.
  8. ENJOY!
