Ingredients:

  • 1 catfish fillet

Directions:

  1. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Sprinkle seasoning of choice on both sides of catfish. (I like to use Cavenders Greek Seasoning) Fry on both sides on med high heat until flakey. It will have a fine crust on it. Can be cooked thawed or frozen.
