Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw frozen fish.
  2. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Beat eggs slightly and blend in the milk.
  4. Dip fish in eggs and roll in cornmeal.
  5. Place fish in a heavy fry pan which contains about 1/8 melted fat, hot but not smoking.
  6. Fry at a moderate heat.
  7. When fish is brown on one side, turn carefully and brown on the other side.
  8. Drain on absorbent paper.
  9. Serve immediately on a hot platter, plain or with a sauce.
