Regal Rosemary Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash chicken and pat dry
  2. Combine flour with the salt and pepper
  3. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture
  4. Heat a heavy skillet and melt the margarine
  5. Fry the chicken for 4 to 6 mins per side or until lightly browned
  6. Remove the chicken and keep warm
  7. Return the pan to the heat
  8. Add chicken stock, rosemary, thyme and basil
  9. Cook for two mins
  10. Add the cream and mustard and stir to blend
  11. Bring this mixture to a boil and cook 4 or 5 mins until slightly thickened
  12. Return the chicken to the pan, coating the chicken in the sauce
  13. Heat thoroughly before serving.
  14. Serve over wide egg noodles with fresh vegetables
