Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 oz) cans refried beans
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced jalapenos
  • 4 slices bacon , crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 4 tsp chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 2-quart casserole or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients except sour cream and cilantro. Spoon into casserole; cover.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Top with sour cream and cilantro before serving, if desired.
