Red Wine Granita With Seasonal Fruits

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring the sugar and water to the boil to make a syrup, let cool.
  2. Mix the wine, orange juice and lemon juice through the cooled syrup.
  3. Pour into a tray and put in freezer, occasionally run a fork through the mix and leave in the freezer until it is flaky and all is frozen.
  4. To serve, run fork through until all fluffy and flaky and scoop into serving dish. Garnish with seasonal fruit of choice.
  5. Cherries are good for Christmans.
