Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soup
  • 1/4 cup stock
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. If the 'soup' is cold warm it over medium heat.
  2. Mix room temperature stock and corn starch to make a slurry.
  3. Slowly stir slurry into warm sauce.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
