Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine lime juice, lime zest, cilantor, honey, cmmin, and 3/4 t salt in a large nonreactive bowl, and whisk well to blend
  2. Whisk in olive oil
  3. Set aside
  4. Quarter the cabbage lengthwise and remove the tough core
  5. Slice quarters thinly to yield 7 cups, place in non-reactive bowl
  6. Slice bell peppers into strips 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long, add to cabbage
  7. Toss cabbage and bell peppers with the dressing
  8. Taste, and if desired add more lime juice and salt
  9. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours
  10. Bring to room temp 30 minutes before serving, if desired
