Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix everything together except parsley and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup pecans and parsley together in a separate dish.
  3. When well blended, for cheese into a ball, or shape of choice.
  4. Roll the ball into the remainder of the crushed pecans and parsley.
  5. Roll until totally covered.
  6. Refrigerate over night before serving.
  7. Bring to room temperature and serve with crackers.
  8. This can be frozen too.
  9. For football parties, shape into a football instead of a ball and pat on pecans and parsley.
