Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp dates (do not soak)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato (dry-do not soak)

Directions:

  1. Blend everything in the blender except the sun dried tomatoes.
  2. Add the sun dried tomatoes blend until you get a ketchup consistency.
