Ingredients:

  • 1 slice poundcake
  • 1/2 peach

Directions:

  1. Put slice of pound cake on plate.
  2. Put peach half on top rouned side up.
  3. Put whip cream around peach and serve.
  4. Hence the name: it looks like a raw egg on toast!
