  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the onions. Cook the onions until they are soft and slightly tender. Add the Red Chile Sauce and the remaining ingredients. Cover the skillet and stew all of the ingredients together for approximately 1 hour. Season the chili with salt.

  4. Ancho peppers, diced, to taste
  5. 1 white onion, diced
  6. Several tomatoes, chopped
  7. Cumin, whole seeds, to taste
  8. 2 tablespoons honey
  9. 1 cup chicken stock
  10. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
