Raspberry & Brie Cocktail Sandwiches

  1. Cut center out of bread, but do not cut out bottom. Insert brie. Spoon jam over cheese. Sprinkle on almonds. Bake at 275 until cheese is melted. Cube bread that was removed from center of loaf. Serve with cubed bread.
