Ranch Egg Pie (Quiche-Style)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine crackers and butter.
  3. Press crumb mixture evenly into 10 pie pan or quiche dish.
  4. Bake until golden about 7 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
  5. INCREASE oven temp to 425 degrees F.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over cooled pie crust.
  7. In medium bowl, whisk eggs until frothy; add cream, salad dressing mix, bacon, and onions.
  8. Pour mixture over cheese.
  9. Bake 15 minutes; REDUCE OVEN HEAT to 350 degrees F.
  10. Continue baking until knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
  11. Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack before slicing.
