Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, salad dressing mix and cheddar cheese until thoroughly combined. (this will be easier with a mixer) cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours. Turn mixture out onto wax paper and form into a ball. Roll in bacon bits. Refrigerate until 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or corn chips
