Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse beans. dice garlic. chop stems from watercress. salt and pepper fish. slice radishes.
  2. T oil in pan - medium heat
  3. Add fish - 5 to 8 minutes
  4. T oil in pot - medium heat
  5. Add garlic - 1 minute
  6. Add watercress - reduce to low & cover 2-3 minutes
  7. Put fish in oven for 4 minutes
  8. Add beans and radishes and cumin to pot - simmer or low heat
  9. Finally, beans and veggies as a bed for the fish. Yumm!
