Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin , such as hendrick's
  • 1 to 2 oz italian orange-flavored aperitif, such as aperol
  • 1 oz sweet italian vermouth , such as carpano antica
  • ice

Directions:

  1. Add the gin, aperitif, vermouth and lemon peel to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until blended. Serve neatly in a cocktail glass.
