Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute chopped onion and chopped bell pepper in olive oil for a few minutes.
  2. Add the pack of Quorn Mince and saute for a further few minutes.
  3. Add the kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste.
  4. Bring to the boil while stirring regularly, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Serve with a large portion of boiled rice - Basmati is my favourite!
  6. Can also be cooked in the slowcooker.
