Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare quinoa as usual. (This is not included in prep time).
  2. In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Work the mixture with your hands till the ingredients combine into one slightly stick mass.
  3. Shape into two patties. Fry on a ceramic frying pan for 10 minutes (or until patties are a dark brown on the bottom), flip over, and fry for another 5 to 8 minutes.
  4. Best served warm.
