  1. Add 1.5 cups of soymilk to blender
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil and 1 tablespoon of liquid L-Carnitine
  3. Add 1 cup of frozen fruit
  4. Add 1 scoop (28g)of Cytosport Evopro, any flavor works.
  5. Add 1 scoop(30g)of soy protein
  6. Blend together until smooth
