Ingredients:
28 grams protein
30 grams soy protein
1 1/2 cup vanilla soymilk
1 cup frozen fruit
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
Directions:
1. add 1.5 cups of soymilk to blender
2. add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil and 1 tablespoon of liquid L-Carnitine
3. Add 1 cup of frozen fruit
4. add 1 scoop (28g)of Cytosport Evopro, any flavor works.
5. add 1 scoop(30g)of soy protein
6. Blend together until smooth
