Quick Tofu Dill Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) box morinu soft silken tofu (or 9 oz regular tofu and 1/2 cup water)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, snipped (may use dried chives)
  • 1/2-1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • italian seasoning, to taste
  • garlic powder , to taste
  • salt , to taste (about 2 tsp)
  • water , to achieve desired consistency

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender, except the chives. Blend for at least 1 minute until silky smooth.
  2. Add the chives and a little water until you've achieved desired consistency.
  3. Serve (thickens more if chilled).
