Quick Shrimp Chowder

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add onion.
  3. Saute for 8 minutes or until tender.
  4. Stir in cream of potato soup,milk and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add shrimp, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
  7. Stir in cheese until melted.
  8. Garnish if desired with parsley.
  9. Serve immediately with oyster crackers.
