Quick 'n' Crunchy Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in microwave.
  2. Heat honey in microwave for 45 seconds. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pour into a 15 x 10 baking pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring after the first 10 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Store in an air tight container for up to one week.
