Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb pork tenderloin (cut into thin strips )
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp ginger (ground )
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 -1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Stir-fry pork and garlic for 3 minutets.
  3. Combine soy sauce, sugar, and ginger and add to skillet.
  4. Reduce heat to medium.
  5. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.
  6. Combine water and cornstarch until smooth, add to the skillet.
  7. Bring to a boil and boil and stir for 2 minutes.
  8. Serve over hot cooked rice .
