Quick & Easy Grilled Hamburgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 oz) envelope lipton onion soup mix (i change it up from beefy onion to mushroom onion or regular onion-comes 2 envelopes to a box)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients, taking care not to over mix. Add a tablespoon of water if need be. Make into 6 - 8 patties. Grill on outside grill. We use a gas grill at 300 degrees and cook time is about 10 minutes, flipping the burgers a couple of times. Eliminate excessive grease by pressing the burgers after each flip. Add cheese of your choice or none at all - serve hot on hamburger buns or eat just plain.
