Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice salmon and put aside
  2. Squeeze juices and add tablespoon of honey
  3. Chop coriander add to salmon
  4. Dip salmon into the mixture leave for a few seconds and watch as fish cooks in the marinade
  5. Sprinkle with pepper and coriander
  6. (prepare a small side salad for this dish of you want)
  7. Eat as is or drape over salad leaves
