Salmon Miso Soup With Toufu

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of toufu
  • 6 cups of japanese stock
  • 1 tsp of hon dashi
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Cube salmon and toufu
  2. Bring stock to the boil, add salmon and toufu
  3. Add salt and dashi, cook for 5 minutes or until salmon is cooked
  4. Turn off the heat add miso, stirr, serve
