Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. In mixing bowl put flour, sugar, egg and milk.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture over butter, don't stir.
  5. Drain fruit or berries and put over batter, don't stir.
  6. RESERVE JUICE.
  7. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven until brown.
  8. Boil juice with a little corn starch and make sauce for cobbler.
  9. Serves 14 to 16.
