Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Directions:

  1. Brown your hamburger in a large pot. Drain excess grease but don't wipe down the pot. In the residue saute the onion and garlic but be careful it doesn't burn, this should only take about 30 seconds. Replace the hamburger back into the pot. Add the can on baked beans (I like to use Bush's Honey Baked Beans). Add the ketcup and mustards. Combine all ingredients. Season to taste.
  2. I like this combination: (read you container as long as thier are no sugar or salts in them it wouldn't change the nutritional facts)
  3. 1 tbs cumin
  4. 1 tbs black pepper
  5. 1 tbs Mrs dash
  6. 1 tbs Spicy Steak (red pepper, dill seed, and coriander)
  7. I like to add adobo seasoning but that will add sodium.
