Quick Basic Yellow Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • pre-heat ven 350 degrees-grease

Directions:

  1. Sift together Flour, and sugar in bowl
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt vegetable shortening cool then beat in eggs Stir in milk and vanilla
  4. Add Sugar and flour mixture to egg mixture
  5. Mix well pour into cake pan
  6. Bake 20-23 minutes untill golden brown
  7. Yeild 8-10 slices
