Quick Apple Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can apple pie filling
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 (16 oz) can biscuits
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425*.
  2. To make cinnamon mixture combine 3 T. Sugar with 1 teaspoons Cinnamon.
  3. In a pan combine pie filling, lemon juice & nutmeg.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut biscuits in half & dip in melted butter, turn in cinnamon mixture and place on hot apple mixture.
  6. Bake 15 minutes.
