Quick and Easy Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup oleo, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups self-raising flour

Directions:

  1. Blend flour and sugar.
  2. Beat eggs and add to dry mixture.
  3. Then add butter/oleo and blend with fork.
  4. Add vanilla as you pour in butter/oleo (alternating).
  5. Roll out and cut or drop.
  6. Put on greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
  8. These cookies should be soft.
  9. Let cool in pan before you remove.
