Quick and Easy Chocolate Toffee Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) box chocolate cake mix (i used betty crocker fudge cake mix)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz) package of heath english toffee bits

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Batter will be thick. Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
