Quick and Easy Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the jalapeños lengthwise in half and using a small spoon scrape out seeds and veins.
  2. Fill each half with 2 teaspoons cream cheese.
  3. Cut cheddar cut in 1/4 by 1/4 inch strips 2 - 3 inches long. Lay the strip of cheddar on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Wrap the jalapeño/cheese with 1/2 strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
  5. On a large flat pan (cookie sheet) covered on top with foil place the jalapeños.
  6. Cook on an open fire, in a grill or in the oven (350 degrees) until done.
