Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can s &w bean (caribbean tyle black bean )
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can s &w tomatoe (petite-cut, diced with jalepeno )

Directions:

  1. Heat oil, sautee garlic until soft.
  2. Add beans and tomatoes.
  3. Heat slowly to allow flavors to blend.
  4. Bring to high heat and reduce slightly (to about 3/4 original volume).
  5. Serve over rice.
