Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic.
  4. Combine beef, salsa, beans, sour cream, and 2 cups cheese in slow cooker.
  5. Cover.
  6. Heat on low 2 hours.
  7. Just before serving sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips.
