  1. Preheat oven to 450. Cook bacon and onions till onions are golden. Mix with swiss and parmesan and fill bottom of pie plate. Combine eggs,nutmeg,salt,pepper and cream. Beat. Pour over mixture in pie plate. Bake 15 min. Reduce oven to 350 and bake until knife comes clean.
