Ingredients:

  • 2 (28 oz) cans tomatoes
  • 2 (28 oz) cans peaches
  • 2 (28 oz) cans pears
  • 4 large apples
  • 4 medium onions
  • 6 celery ribs
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp pickling spices (in cheesecloth or a spice ball)

Directions:

  1. Chop fruits and vegetables.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large pot.
  3. Cook on medium heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
