Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vinegar ; cider or balsamic
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Finely chop or mash the clove of garlic.
  2. Put all
