Ingredients:

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp clove (scant)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup ice
  • sugar free cinnamon bliss caramel sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1. Process in blender until smooth.
  2. Drizzle with caramel sauce, if desired.
